What a awesome way to start the weekend! The Lakers won last night and there are about a million and 1 parties happening this weekend because of the big win. Thanks to The LAKERS for giving us L.A. people a great reason to party!!! However, we never need a good reason to party......we celebrate EVERYTHING! getting over a cold, kids getting a B, just got a new outfit and need to be the center of attn and show it off......did I prove my point???

More Importantly.............

It's my BFF Keisha's bday on Saturday so I will be partying with her on Sunset in Hollywood. HOLLA!!!!!

The Face behind FASHION ~VJDesarden~

Mom who loves fashion. I started designing when I was a very young girl. I used to design clothes for my barbie dolls using decorative paper towels and sewing thread and socks! In high school I was enrolled in fashion design class. My friends and I were so into fashion. We would do things like change the color of our nail polish everyday to coordinate with our outfits & and take pics at the 1 hour photo shop like EVERY OTHER DAY. We would love to make clothes in sewing class and wear them to school as soon as the project was complete. A few years after high school, I decided to start my own clothing line under the name of KADO Klothing. Named after my son Kam’ren Dominick. I started with a logo design and created t-shirts that was given away as promotion. This never went anywhere because I didn't keep to it. To be successful at something we must eat, sleep and breath it....

I LOVE Fashion.....

and I don't care what anyone else is wearing, I am going to be me. I am going to start the trend. 

I am the Rebel of Life and Fashion!

Jump for joy! It's about that time!!!!

This outfit was one of my fave's! I might actually wear these pieces together again. For me, it complimented my body type. I have long legs, and in JHS and HS I hated them. Because I was super skinny and was called BONES! LOL. But today, I love them! I learned what you suppose to do with them, LMAO! *Get your mind out the gutter* I am talking about Fashion here. If you know me then you know that I am slender. I may be top heavy but not at all am I apple-bottomed. I wish I was! Well, there were these few months last year when I did gain some weight and I loved it! I had a lil booty....well so much for dreaming, I am back to my old self. LOL.

This outfit hides all my flaws and gives me a lil extra where needed!

FYI....I wasn't sure about wearing the belt, in certain seating positions it accentuated my belly rolls. That definitely wasn't the look I was going for. But once I got to work Kara gave me the green light. So I went with it.

For slender gyrls like myself, I suggest when going for a sexy/edgy kind of look like I was in these photos, go for the blazers that cut at the waistline (that is if a blazer is incorporated with your look) and for the gryls that don't really carry much rump weight, stretchy pants with back pockets always portray a lil more than what it really is. ;-)

The contour of the tuxedo shirt and by adding this belt gave me somewhat of a hourglass figure..."Who knew I ever had it in me?"

Todays EffortLESS outfit was just that, EffortLESS! I think I may have gotten dressed in 10 minutes, LOL. Well if you know me then you know that is the norm of my life. Okay, ?. Could i have actually said "Well if you know me then you know that that is the norm of my life" That always bug me......

Here is this Wednesdays' EffortLESS Fashion.......

This whole outfit was based off of wearing these Blue Suede Shoes. I love mis-matching my shoes!!!! I just love it. It's so edgy and funky! But looking at the complete outfit it goes in some weird way. The eagle on my shirt is blue and I have some blue embroidery in my belt but that's about it. I wanted the shoes to stand out.

To all the readers that want to see posts more often, I am trying to get a good schedule going so that I can make that happen. I am currently working on building my website so all the research and time put into that sometimes consume me....Not to mention Solo Motherhood and raising 2! LOL.....

Wednesday's EffortLESS Fashion

Hey Gals and Guys (if there’s any that stop by)!

Today is EffortLESS Wednesday! Yesterday was EffortLESS Wednesday. And this week have certainly flew by, having Monday off and all. I had an awesome Memorial Day Weekend! It felt like a mimi vacation even though I didn’t go far from L.A. My bestie and I had plans of going to the lake and spending the night out in the woods, I know, so not me! LOL. So we didn’t stay overnight….phew! We ended up partying the night away on Saturday and sleeping in on Sunday and partying again Sunday night! And on Monday sleeping in and finally made our way up a hill to see our kids….and ended up going out to eat and for a drink again….Man, doesn’t all that sound awesome. What’s even better my kids love, love, loved my bestie moms house. That’s their new favorite grandma! So it was so easy to enjoy myself knowing my kids were having a blast. The highlight of Sunday night was that the whole time I was sitting at this bar in Santa Monica (the name of the bar is a swore secrecy), this swain sat across from me and stared all damn night….literally….and he even smiled and pointed me out to his friend. It was uncomfortable at first because it was so obviously to the whole bar but after a while, what could I do. And he lost out because while he was doing all the smiling, flirting and pointing, someone else approached me and he and his friends kept myself and my friends entertained for the rest of the night! LOL! Anyway, I am sure I am missing some other highlights of my weekend, but all in all it was the best I had in a very long time. Now that I am rejuvenated and back to work and more work and my beautiful children and my home and this blog….I am was ready for the EffortLESS Wednesday!
