Beyonce and Tina Knowles (mom-daughter duo) to launch home furnishing line before holidays

If you’ve been hearing the talk well its true Beyoncé and Mom Tina Knowles is to launch their home furnishings line before the holidays. There will be two lines to come,  the House of Deréon products that range from $149.99 to $199.99 and for the more economical there is the junior  line Deréon which ranges from $49.99 to $99.99. Look ahead to see shams, comforters, sheets, pillows and all that you will need to Sasha Fierce your bed. What you can expect from the bedding line is an array of sequins, studs, rivets, mirrors and bold colors. The lines will reinforce the House of Deréon and Deréon aesthetics…so I predict that we’ll see those Deréon logos. So for those die hard Beyoncé fans, here’s a chance for you gals to incorporate Beyoncé into another part of your life. The most relaxing, the bedroom.

In upcoming seasons they will branch out into products like bathroom accessories, table linen, and towels

I must say our First Lady, Michelle Obama, looked stunning at the State Dinner honoring Mexico last night.

She was wearing a one-shoulder, shimmery royalty blue floor length gown designed by Peter Soronen.

Taste the Rainbow!

My very first party dress design.....

Doesn't it look great in every color! Of course the original is in the middle.....


I designed this dress for my kids father's family Annual Christmas Party. ;-) I also wore it to my sister's wedding and my niece said I looked like a ballerina! LOL!


The fabric is silk and tulle.....See my very first post to get a full body shot.


I reposted this design because I am playing around with photoshop and Snagit for Mac (which is soooo much better than the Snagit for PC version) and thought this would make a cool lil post.

Wednesday's EffortLESS Fashion

Everyone that truly knows me, know that I am ALWAYS late and I am ALWAYS rushing to everything. I learned to accept that that’s just who I am. ;-p Pure Hollywood attitude! Hopefully everyone else involved in my schedule can accept my tardiness too! :-|

So many MANY mornings, I am just throwing outfits together, and surprisingly these are my best collaborations. A lil side note about me, I rarely wear the same combo twice, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it, I just like exploring options. In my younger years, I actually kept a lil log of the outfits I wore to school so that I wouldn’t duplicate any. So back to my tardiness, well...the purpose for telling this story about my tardiness.... On my way to work this morning I had the idea of starting a section in my blog called EffortLESS Fashion, which will be a record of some of the outfits I put together in my morning time crunch.

BEST DRESSED? SJP......

I concur....SJP....Sarah Jessica Parker is one, matter of fact, at the top of the totem pole when it comes to being best dressed on the fashion scene....She’s fierce, youthful and know how to wear her age deep down in her Versace denims tucked away with all the lint.  ;-} And she manage to keep her career sizzling all while taking care of her family.....Way to go SJP! 

Also SJP is on the cover of Vogue this month (May 2010) and as you all should know SATC 2 is in theaters this month....
